Interessierst Du dich für Finanzen und Technologie Wir suchen einen engagierten Customer Success Manager (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung unseres Altus Group-Verifino Teams in dieser Rolle unterstützt Du unsere kommunalen Kunden bei der effektiven Nutzung unserer Schuldenmanagement-Software. Du kümmerst dich um technische und inhaltliche Fragen rund um die Verwaltung und Analyse von Kreditportfolios und sorgst so für einen reibungslosen und erfolgreichen Ablauf für unsere Kunden.

Dies ist eine unglaubliche Gelegenheit für einen technisch versierten Absolventen (m/w/d) seine Fähigkeiten im Umgang mit Kunden weiterzuentwickeln und gleichzeitig praktische Erfahrungen mit modernster Software in der Finanzbranche zu sammeln.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Unterstütze unsere kommunalen Kunden bei der Anwendung unserer Schuldenmanagement-Software und beantworte technische und inhaltliche Fragen zur Verwaltung und Analyse von Kreditportfolios per Telefon und E-Mail.

• Nach einer Einarbeitung on the Job setzt Du Kundenanforderungen an Schnittstellen und Reports selbstständig um.

• Nimm neue Kunden an die Hand und schule sie im Umgang mit unserer Software.

• Du erleichterst Neukunden den Einstieg in unsere Software durch den Import ihrer Kredit- und Derivatportfolios.

• Du besprichst neue Kundenanforderungen mit dem Produktmanagement trägst proaktiv zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Softwarelösungen bei und testest neu entwickelte Funktionalitäten.

• Darüber hinaus unterstützt Du das Vertriebs- und Supportteam im Tagesgeschäft und übernimmst kleinere Projekte.

Schlüsselqualifikationen

• Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL mit Schwerpunkt Bankwesen Finance VWL Mathematik oder eine vergleichbare abgeschlossene Ausbildung.

• Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Freude am Kundenkontakt.

• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse.

• Freude an technischen und mathematischen Aufgaben.

• Schnelle Auffassungsgabe Liebe zum Detail und Begeisterungsfähigkeit.
