Role Overview
Reporting to the Marketing Manager the Marketing Coordinator will support marketing initiatives across digital channels product communications and event activation. Monthly activities include preparing campaign assets and contributing to marketing plans. Weekly youll schedule social content assist with copywriting coordinate event materials and support internal communications. Daily you will collaborate with a range of stakeholders to ensure campaigns events and product updates are executed smoothly and on time.
This role plays an important part in supporting national educational and industry engagement activities. Youll assist with event coordination help prepare marketing collateral and contribute to content that supports the organisations mission of improving quality of life and care experiences. This is an ideal role for a driven early-career marketer seeking hands-on experience autonomy and meaningful work in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Support execution of marketing campaigns across digital event and product channels
- Write and edit copy for social media email web and marketing collateral
- Manage and schedule content across social platforms via HubSpot
- Assist in the coordination of national and regional events
- Maintain content calendars and assist with producing marketing assets
- Collaborate with internal teams and subject-matter experts to gather content
- Track performance metrics and provide basic reporting
- Provide administrative support across the marketing function
- Coordinate suppliers event logistics and stakeholder communication
Candidate Profile
- 13 years marketing experience ideally in campaigns digital and events
- Passionate about healthcare community support and helping people
- Empathetic humble and driven with a proactive initiative-taking mindset
- Strong copywriting skills for social email web and marketing collateral
- Experience with basic HubSpot and managing social media platforms
- Comfortable coordinating events and supporting product-focused campaigns
- Collaborative team player with a diverse and inclusive mindset
