Job Summary

The Process Analyst is responsible for evaluating designing and improving IT processes to enhance operational efficiency reduce costs and support overall business objectives. The role includes analyzing current workflows identifying process gaps and implementing best practices aligned with IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks.

The candidate will collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to drive automation optimize service delivery and ensure compliance with industry standards. Preference will be given to candidates who are willing to work in Night Shifts.

Requirements

Education & Experience

Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Administration or a related field.
Experience working with cross-functional teams to optimize IT processes and improve efficiency.
0-1 years of experience in Process Analyst preferably in the IT industry.

Technical Skills

Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices.
Experience with process modelling tools (e.g. Visio BPMN).
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools ().
Project management experience
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure Google Cloud).

Soft Skills

Required Skills:

Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in Java development. Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot Framework. Experience in React JS and React Native (mandatory). Strong understanding of MySQL and database management. Good problem-solving debugging and analytical skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of RESTful API integration. Basic understanding of version control systems like Git. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
