Works with the business process teamsand other functional SMEs to define business needs and provide consulting support for future improvements and functionality with a business process area. Plays a key role throughoutaproject including requirements designs testing implementationtrainingand end-user support.Works independently receives minimal guidance. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.In this role you willrequirein-depth conceptual and working knowledge of your discipline or functional area. You will need to understand your disciplines best practices and how they relate to others.You may need to lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements as well as serve as a resource for less experienced colleagues.You should also be able to explain difficult or sensitive information and work to build consensus with others.It is your responsibility to analyze and resolve complex problems examine information from multiple sources and use judgement to evaluate established andnew solutions. Your performanceimpactsa range of customer operational project or service activities within your own team and other related teams and requires that you work within established guidelines and policies.
Responsibilities
- Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own job discipline and basic knowledge of related job disciplines.
- Solves complex problems.
- Must be able to workwith a cross-functional team whilereceivingminimalguidance.
- May lead projects or project steps within a broader project or may have accountability for on-going activities or objectives.
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelordegree in IT discipline preferred or a minimum is preferred.
- 8yearsof relevant experience.
- Knowledge of SAPECC SAP MasterDataGovernance (MDG)
- ServiceNow
- Microsoft Office skills

- Knowledge of SAP ECC SAP MDG
- PMR (Product / Material Request)
- Power BI
