The Job:

As a Senior Project Manager youll be part of our Packaging team. Youll get to:

• Lead the delivery of packaging and manuals changes across multiple plants distribution centers and suppliers within the company network.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including packaging engineers graphic designers technical writers documentation specialists inventory managers and supply planners to coordinate inventory burn down with delivery of new production print materials.

• Partner with documentation specialists packaging engineers and distribution center and commercial leads to coordinate packaging bill of materials changes.

• Use complex project trackers in Microsoft Excel to track overall project status and provide real-time status updates across all in-scope production deliverables. Provide high-level progress reports leveraging simplified dashboards.

• Maintain open communication with project owners and project team and raise any project-related concerns without delay.

• Motivate and drive the team to execute to schedule.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

The Person:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as project management engineering or business administration.

• At least 8 years of project management experience in a complex manufacturing environment including experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating production print materials changes.

• Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

• Proficiency in project management tools and software particularly Microsoft Excel and other project management tools.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and drive results through influence rather than direct authority.
