About the role
As a Project Manager you will ensure that the Product organization operates with clarity focus and strong execution.
You will thrive in this role if you enjoy creating structure aligning people and ensuring that important work moves forward smoothly. You will work closely with teams across Product Engineering Sales Marketing Success and Support serving as the connection that keeps decisions follow-ups and processes aligned.
Core Responsibilities
- Keep the Product organization running smoothly by organizing priorities tracking progress and ensuring follow-ups and cross-team actions are completed on time.
- Drive operational routines and structure including weekly reports/reviews meeting agendas documentation updates and preparation for releases or launches.
- Create clarity across teams by structuring discussions into clear summaries next steps owners and timelines ensuring everyone stays aligned.
- Coordinate and support multi initiatives making sure deliverables such as assets documentation and communications are prepared and executed.
- Identify and fix operational gaps proactively improving processes removing blockers and reducing friction so important work moves forward efficiently.
You have
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
- 03 years of experience in project management operations consulting or any role involving coordination and structured execution (fresh graduates welcome)
- Exceptional organization and planning skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and synthesis abilities capable of turning complex discussions into clear actionable steps
- High reliability ownership and accountability; you naturally ensure things get done and follow-ups are closed
- Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across functions without formal authority
- A proactive mindset with strong judgment able to anticipate needs and bring structure where needed
Nice to have
- Experience in a high-growth tech or SaaS environment
- Exposure to Product Engineering or Go-to-Market workflows
- Familiarity with productivity and project management tools (Jira Notion Zapier n8n)

- This role is based at our Bangkok office in the heart of the city center
