Job Summary

As the Program Director for Early Careers Tech Data and Product (TDP) programs in India and APAC you will lead the strategic direction and global execution of two-year early career development initiatives overseeing program operations and cultivating relationships with senior stakeholders clients and firmwide partners. You will own the vision and delivery of a best-in-class globally consistent experience and advance the firms entry-level talent strategy to support long-term business goals. By proactively engaging with stakeholders and leveraging feedback and industry best practices you will continuously evolve the programs to equip entry-level talent with foundational skills in technology data design and product management helping them build strong networks and launch successful careers with JPMorgan Chase.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison to Early Careers governance groups and Tech Center senior leadership influencing strategic decisions and driving alignment across global teams.
  • Own the production analysis and presentation of key program metrics and executive materials leveraging data-driven insights to inform senior leadership decisions.
  • Lead global and program-wide initiatives driving process re-engineering communication strategy role design manager effectiveness and alumni engagement ensuring consistency and innovation across all regions.
  • Oversee program financials providing strategic oversight of budget planning forecasting and expense management.
  • Oversee core program processes end-to-end including demand planning stakeholder engagement program education compensation and engineer development ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Campus Recruiting and Learning partners to attract top talent champion diversity initiatives shape candidate assessment strategies and ensure comprehensive training ad induction programs are effectively designed delivered and continuously improved.
  • Develop initiatives to support seamless integration and growth of new generations within a multigenerational workforce.
  • Continuously enhance programs experience for all stakeholders to establish industry-leading standards.
  • Advise senior leaders and HR partners on demand management and hiring strategies optimizing talent fulfillment across channels.
  • Lead and develop team members through coaching performance management and career planning fostering a culture of continuous learning growth and an inclusive high-performing culture aligned with firm values.
  • Drive execution of business objectives by setting expectations tracking key metrics ensuring alignment with firm priorities and risk standards and managing retention and succession planning.

Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:

  • Proven experience managing large-scale strategic client relationships at the executive and senior leadership levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and execute multiple complex initiatives simultaneously balancing tactical and strategic priorities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Advanced time management prioritization and escalation skills with a track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments.
  • High degree of initiative autonomy and executive presence.
  • Experience leading and developing teams virtual and global fostering collaboration and high performance.
  • Strong attention to detail follow-through and a relentless focus on outcomes.
