About The Role
As an Account Relations Specialist youll serve as a trusted partner to our clients nurturing relationships resolving challenges and anticipating their needs with proactive support. Your work ensures a seamless client experience driving long-term satisfaction loyalty and retention.
What Youll Do
- Develop trust and maintain positive relationships with assigned clients.
- Clearly understand client priorities goals and timelines to provide proactive recommendations and support.
- Educate and train clients during initial onboarding and all subsequent re-setup cycles.
- Respond to client inquiries and escalate issues when needed.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver client solutions.
- Document client interactions in CRM tools.
What Youll Bring
- 23 years of experience in account management client relations or a similar customer-facing role preferably within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- Excellent written communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up abilities including multi-tasking and attention to detail
- Experience with CRM tools and account tracking.
- Problem-solving and proactive mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts.
