About The Role

What Youll Do

• Develop trust and maintain positive relationships with assigned clients.
• Clearly understand client priorities goals and timelines to provide proactive recommendations and support.
• Educate and train clients during initial onboarding and all subsequent re-setup cycles.
• Respond to client inquiries and escalate issues when needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver client solutions.
• Document client interactions in CRM tools.

What Youll Bring

• 23 years of experience in account management client relations or a similar customer-facing role preferably within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
• Excellent written communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities including multi-tasking and attention to detail
• Experience with CRM tools and account tracking.
• Problem-solving and proactive mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts.
