We are seeking a passionate and driven Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic this role you will play a crucial part in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of support and service. As the first point of contact for our clients you will be responsible for responding to inquiries resolving issues and providing information about our products and services.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone email and chat
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is preferred
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient in using computers and various software application
