We are looking for a Night Support Worker with a commitment to supporting individuals with learning disabilities to take on an exciting role in our new bespokesupported living service in the Lancing area. This service will provide life-changing person-centred support to a vibrant individual with complex needs.

Competitive Salary 13.00 per hour reviewed annually

Night Support Worker
Experience as a Night Support Worker in a learning disability or complex needs setting
Someone creative resilient and passionate about making a difference
Part-time could be considered for the right applicant
About the Role:
As our Night Support Worker you will be part of a passionate team delivering outstanding care to a lively and resilient individual. They loveoutdoor adventures music water play and trampolining and your support will ensure they continue to thrive in a safe structured and engaging environment.
An average 17.5 hours per week
Rotating schedulea structured shift pattern to maintain a stable sleep pattern allowing for better rest and personal time
