We are looking for a Support Worker with a commitment to supporting individuals with learning disabilities to take on an exciting role in our new bespoke supported living service in the Lancing area. This service will provide life-changing person-centred support to a vibrant individual with complex needs.

Experience as a DaySupport Worker in a learning disability or complex needs setting
Someone creative resilient and passionate about making a difference

Part-time could be considered for the right applicant

About the Role:

As a Support Worker you will be part of a passionate team delivering outstanding care to a lively and resilient individual. They love outdoor adventures music water play and trampolining and your support will ensure they continue to thrive in a safe structured and engaging environment.


An average 14 hours per week (Part time- days) 36 hours per week (Full time- Days)
Rotating schedulea structured shift pattern to maintain a stable sleep pattern allowing for better rest and personal time

Full UK driving licence is essential for applicants to the Support Worker (Day) position.
