The Role
Were seeking an Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technician to join our BGIS Technical Services team in Perth. Youll be responsible for the installation maintenance and repair of HVAC and refrigeration systems across a range of commercial and industrial client sites.

What Youll Be Doing
Assemble install test and maintain HVAC and refrigeration systems and components
Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults repairing and replacing parts as required
Inspect clean and maintain chillers split systems ventilation and filtration systems
Carry out scheduled preventative and reactive maintenance activities
Ensure BMS systems are operating efficiently (training provided if required)
Provide estimates for minor HVAC works and assist with contract reporting
Maintain detailed service records and ensure all work meets BGIS safety and compliance standards
Your Education Experience & Skills
Trade licence and experience in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
Refrigerant Handling Licence (ARCtick)
Restricted Electrical Licence (advantageous)
15 years experience in HVAC service and maintenance (commercial experience desirable)
Strong troubleshooting communication and customer service skills
Current Drivers Licence and Construction White Card
Full working rights in Australia (essential)
