Commercial Lines Account Manager (CLAM)
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager (CLAM) to join a team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to the growth and success of a national brokerage firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in servicing and marketing middle-market accounts and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. This position offers a hybrid work schedule with three days in the office and two days remote.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $70000 - $80000 annually
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including a 401(k) plan (details to be provided during the interview process)
- Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in-office 2 days remote)
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to middle-market accounts ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Handle marketing efforts for new and renewal business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and achieve organizational goals.
- Utilize EPIC software for account management and documentation.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and expertise in all client interactions.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Previous experience in servicing and marketing middle-market accounts is essential.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
