Job Summary

37.5 hour work week. Day shift schedule.

A WNY non-profit has a need for a Stationary Engineer. The Engineer is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the central Utility Plant Systems including BAS boilers chillers emergency generators and all associated sub-systems.

Duties include:

Maintaining safe and efficient operation of building systems and installing/repairing equipment accordingly
Ensuring proper operation of chillers boilers emergency generators machinery pump etc.
Observing interpreting and maintaining BAS
Maintaining daily logs of operation maintenance safety
Testing boiler water quality and taking corrective action as necessary
Responding to and resolving HVAC issues

Actual pay rate offered will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location level job-related knowledge skills experience and performance.
