The Utilities Delivery Executive (DE) is an experienced services delivery leader in the SAP ecosystem providing project and program direction and oversight for one or more strategic this billable role the DE works closely with the customer the Services AccountExecutiveand other partners to ensure the overall success of the implementation of SAP solutions and is a significant contributor to a successful customer relationship. The DEis responsible forensuring that effective Program Governance isestablishedfor each account and is the primary point person from delivery aligned to the customer executives throughout the services lifecycle from sales support through implementation and post addition to delivery support the DE supports the positioning of additional SAP Services as needed for thesuccess of the customer.

• Analyze and executeon strategic projects building consensus among stakeholders ensuring alignment of project tactics with corporatestrategyand communicating project goals at a strategic level

• Manage overall services relationship between customerpartnerand SAP during transformations

• Ensure that projects and programs are delivered on-time within budget and with the highest levels of customer satisfaction

• Buildcredibility and trust with customers cultivating strong relationships

• Provide mentorship by following a strong career framework that includes skills enhancement and career development planning

• Assist the SAP sales team in the closing of deals by defining the strategy and providing oversightand direction related to scope of services and viability of pursuits

• Identifyand develop business opportunities; creates long term value plans with customer to achieve customer businessobjectivesand expanding SAP services on the account

• Support administrative and cultural excellence bydemonstratingbehaviors consistent with our values-based culture: Customer Focus Quality Product Excellence Integrity Commitment and Passion

What you bring

Required:

• 10 years ofSAP services delivery experience including services management experience at least 8 of which have been in Utilities projects

• 8 Years of program management and/or solution architect/leadership experiencein 4 SAP Software project lifecyclesin the Utilities industry

• Superior project financials business acumen (forecastingallocatedrevenue etc.)

• Adept in large corporate organizational change management & strategies

• Bachelors degree(or equivalentexperience);Mastersdegree preferred

Desired(may be omitted or edited):

• PMP Certification

• Major Systems Integrator experience(Directoror Partner level or similar)

• Track recordof achieving revenue and margin goals while managing multiple client projects of meaningful scope and duration

• Proven ability to build trusted relationships at the client executive level

• Ability to effectively manage and resolve client escalations

• Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressureambiguityand change

• Demonstrated leadership by example style in managing teams and clients

• Exceptional leadership organizational and interpersonal skills; the ability to work well with people from different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience; competence in clear concise and tactful communication with senior executive management clientspeersand team members

• Excellent understanding of SAP solutions and of the consulting business processes and functions

SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 151900 - actual amount to be offered to the successful candidatewill be within that range dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education skillsexperience scope ofthe role location etc. as determinedthrough theselection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
