Job Summary
Angott Search Group is pleased to partner with a nearly $400 million Florida bank in their search for a Commercial & Residential Mortgage Loan Services Manager. The Commercial & Residential Mortgage Loan Services Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the Commercial & Residential Mortgage Services team ensuring accuracy compliance and exceptional service across the banks real estate portfolio. This leader will supervise a team of 5 strengthen processes and serve as a key resource to internal staff.
Qualifications
- 5 years mortgage services loan administration or portfolio management experience across Residential Mortgage & Commercial Real Estate lending.
- 2 years supervisory or management experience.
- Knowledge of servicing standards pre-funding GL reconciliation and post-closing reviews.
- Working knowledge of RESPA TILA Fair Lending USAAP GLBA and Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac guidelines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Encompass.
- Strong multitasking problem-solving and team leadership skills.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Bachelors degree required; MBA preferred.
- Hybrid work schedule
