Work Schedule: Full time

Compensation: $48.68-$48.68/hr

Tessera is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contracts Administrator to join our this role you will track and manage base contract modifications as well as recurring work task order modifications ensuring accuracy and alignment throughout the process. As a key contributor to the contract lifecyclespanning creation negotiation execution and compliance monitoringyou will help maintain strong legally sound agreements with our vendors clients contractors and partners. Your expertise will ensure all contract terms are clearly defined properly executed and consistently upheld.

Typical duties include but are not limited to:

  • Prepares reports summaries or replies to inquiries selecting relevant information from a variety of sources such as reports documents correspondence other offices etc.

  • Performs varied clerical duties requiring knowledge of office routines and an understanding of the organization programs and procedures related to the work of the office.

  • Prepare contracts using standard templates or customized clauses.

  • Review incoming contracts to ensure they align with legal financial and operational requirements.

  • Assist in negotiating contract terms and conditions.

  • Serve as a liaison between legal finance and operational teams.

  • Ensure all parties comply with the terms of the agreement.

  • Track deliverables deadlines and renewal dates.

  • Maintain a contract management database.

  • Responsible for understanding and interpreting the Federal Acquisition process to develop solutions for customers.

  • Maintains effective working relationships with all departments and employees in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business law or related field with 3-5 years of experience; equivalent combination of experience and education allowed.

  • Microsoft Office and Maximo experience preferred.

  • Strong understanding of contract law and procurement processes.

  • Proficiency in contract management software such as SAP Ariba Docusign or CLM.

Physical Requirements:

Employees must have the ability to perform the following physical demands for extended periods of time with or without assistance. The physical demands of this position may be reasonably accommodated for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions on a case-by-case basis.

  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

  • May be required to reach kneel walk stand and use repetitive motion for several hours at a time based on position duties.

  • Work may require repetitive motion reaching lifting kneeling and walking. Standing or sitting for several hours at a time climbing in and out of a vehicle and up and down stairs may also be required.

  • Must have the perseverance to work effectively under pressure for extended periods of time.


Requirements:

  • A valid state drivers license is required with the ability to obtain and maintain coverage by Tesseras insurance.
