About the role:

Were looking for a motivated Business Development Specialist to help expand Braavos reach among app businesses and build a high-quality sales pipeline. This role blends traditional outbound prospecting with thoughtful community engagement - identifying emerging app success stories initiating authentic conversations and helping connect founders to the right funding solutions.

Youll work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to generate high-quality leads maintain a clean and organized CRM pipeline and help evangelize Braavos strong reputation in the app ecosystem.

What youll do:

  • Research and identify high-potential mobile apps (and the teams behind them) in app store rankings and industry publications.

  • Build and maintain a structured outbound pipeline in our CRM - enriching lead data managing follow-ups and tracking responses.

  • Launch and manage thoughtful outreach campaigns with messaging tailored to each apps category growth stage and funding needs.

  • Engage with the mobile app community on LinkedIn and X (Twitter) by monitoring trends engaging with founders and developers as well as sharing relevant insights from Braavo.

  • Stay up to date on mobile app funding news launches and new hires to surface timely outreach opportunities.

  • Collaborate with the Sales team to qualify responses and hand off warm leads for deal follow-up.

  • Regularly update CRM records track engagement metrics and suggest improvements to outreach and community-building tactics.

Job requirements

  • 3 years of experience in Business Development Sales or Community/Marketing roles within Mobile SaaS or startup environments.

  • Strong research skills and enthusiasm about the mobile app industry - you enjoy discovering new apps and connecting with founders.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English; comfort engaging with founders and operators online.

  • Hands-on experience with CRMs and outbound tools; familiarity with LinkedIn and email campaigns.

  • Detail-oriented and organized - able to juggle multiple outreach streams and keep clean reporting.

  • Proactive creative and self-motivated - youll have the autonomy to experiment with different outreach and engagement strategies

  • Based in Poland and able to overlap with US business hours for several hours each day.
