Job Summary

Are you passionate about service excellence evidence-informed practice and creating meaningful impact for children families and communities CatholicCare Tasmania is seeking a dynamic Practice Excellence and Innovation Lead to join our Quality and Impact Team.

In this pivotal role you will:

  • Champion practice excellence by developing frameworks guidelines and standards that embed culturally safe and evidence-based approaches.
  • Strengthen clinical governance to ensure accountability safety and consistency across diverse service streams.
  • Drive innovation through co-design initiatives service redesign and outcome-focused strategies that respond to community needs.
  • Influence organisational culture by fostering reflective practice continuous improvement and values-led leadership.

What were looking for:

  • Expertise in practice development and clinical governance within human services.
  • Proven experience in service innovation and co-design.
  • Strong strategic capability and ability to translate evidence into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in allied health psychology social work early childhood education or related fields.
