About the position

Reporting to Manager Operations Support Servicesthe Coordinator Operations and Systems Optimisation is responsible for the management review and implementation of current and new systems across the spectrum of digital site management process and environmental systems to improve operational efficiency and user experience across the entire City Operations Portfolio and more broadly across the organisation as relevant.

Key responsibilities are:

  • Initiate design develop and deliver continuous improvement initiatives and strategies to increase the operational efficiency quality and performance of service provided by City Operations to the community and internal stakeholders.
  • In liaison with IT Solutions manage the procurement implementation monitoring and review of relevant software systems for optimal delivery of customer service processes and data collection for continuous improvement. Ensure data capture from the field is relevant accurate and timely to inform the progress of delivering outcomes.
  • Work with key stakeholders utilising current systems to develop solutions to resolve complex matters relating to the delivery of customer service including systems processes and practices.
  • Manage the training introduction and implementation of relevant systems and processes leading City Operations stakeholders through the change process and overseeing the training on new systems for all relevant City Operations Personnel.

About You

  • Appropriate tertiary qualification or extensive experience in continuous improvement methodologies (ie. Lean 6 Sigma Agile) change management operations data analytics environmental management or related field.

  • Hold and maintain a DHS Working With Children Check (WWCC)

  • Hold and maintain a South Australian Class C Drivers Licence

  • Be willing to undergo a pre-employment medical assessment and police check.

Salary range is between $107544 and $114343 plus superannuation guarantee. A remuneration package if applicable may be negotiated based on skills and experience of the successful applicant.
