The role
Are you passionate about making a difference for First Nations communities Join our team at the Bradfield Development Authority and partner with the Manager Aboriginal Outcomes to provide high -quality expert vision advice and leadership across the organisation. You will collaborate with various teams to create an inclusive culture and build capacity to engage with First Nations communities contributing to improved outcomes for First Nations peoples.
As a Senior Project Officer you will undertake research analysis and review of complex policy issues develop evidence-based options and strategies and provide expert advice to inform stakeholders and support policy directions. You will also develop and implement strategies for monitoring and evaluating policy initiatives facilitate stakeholder engagement and represent the agency in various forums to ensure consistency with government policy and legislative requirements.
