This is your opportunity to empower individuals living with disability to achieve their goals grow their independence and live life their way.

Role Details:

Salary: $29.19 - $36.55 per hour (skills & experience based) Generous Salary Packaging
Hours: Permanent Part Time (20-60 hours per fortnight) or Casual (0 set hours flexibility available)
Required Availability: Between 6am-9pm Monday to Friday including occasional weekends
Locations: Ascot Cockburn Duncraig Gosnells Joondalup Mandurah Mosman Park Nollamara & Rockingham

What Youll Do:

As a Community Support Worker youll play a vital role in supporting customers and their families. No two days are the sameyour work will be varied meaningful and deeply rewarding.

Key responsibilities include:

Providing personalised support with daily living tasks including personal care meal preparation medication assistance and household duties
Supporting community access by accompanying customers to appointments social activities and recreational outings
Encouraging independence through skill-building goal-setting and supportive decision-making
Maintaining accurate documentation and open communication with customers families and team members
Ensuring a safe respectful and inclusive environment in line with Rocky Bay policies and procedures
