Job Summary
Amazon one of the top 100 companies in the United States has an immediate opening for an IT Equipment Coordinator in our Subsidiary Shopbops MSN5 Fulfillment Center located in Madison WI. Fulfillment Centers throughout the U.S. handle millions of items from tens of thousands of vendors and ships them across the globe each day. A successful IT Equipment Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining IT inventory coordinating ordering/RMA/setup of assets assigned to the IT department maintaining generalized standardization of IT areas and providing some front line support for hardware-based Trouble Tickets.
Key job responsibilities
The IT Equipment Coordinator is a member of the larger OpsTech Solutions IT team within the Fulfillment Center and will specifically support the IT Support Technicians and IT Support Engineers in daily projects and activities as directed. This position reports directly to the IT manager for the Fulfillment Center.
- Experience supporting Windows Mac and/or Linux operating systems in a corporate setting
- Bachelors degree within last 12 months in engineering technology computer science machine learning robotics operations research statistics mathematics or equivalent quantitative field or a Associates degree or above and experience working for Amazon or any Amazon subsidiary or affiliate

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $38480/year in our lowest geographic market up to $49920/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
