Job Description:

Parts Specialist
Seeking an experienced and knowledgeableParts Specialistin Edison NJ to support field teams and customers by managing parts orders inventory and invoicing pertaining to Construction and Arborist equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with receiving and stocking orders
Stage parts weekly to ensure field teams have necessary inventory
Participate in inventory counts for branch and field vehicles
Order procure and expedite parts for service teams and customers
Research parts to create repair quotes
Ship stock and customer orders to other locations
Process vendor bills and post invoices using internal systems
Process customer invoices

Qualifications:

Prior experience in construction and/or arborists highly preferred
Prior experience in parts inventory or supply management
Comfortable using computer systems for ordering invoicing and tracking
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively with field teams and customers
Self-motivated reliable and able to work independently
