Were building a pipeline of Software Engineering Interns who are interested in joining our Global Engineering teams in Brno. By applying to this posting youll become part of our talent pool for future opportunities that match your background and experience.

Youll collaborate with experienced engineers testers designers and product managers to build improve and maintain Red Hat products used by customers around the world. Depending on your role and level you may focus on feature development testing automation performance or open source contributions across technologies such as RHEL OpenShift Ansible and AI-driven solutions.

Job Responsibilities

• Design develop and maintain code in Python Golang or similar programming languages

• Add new features debug identify and track issues in Red Hat products (e.g. RHEL OpenShift or others)

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Quality Engineering Design Product Management and Documentation

• Participate in code reviews testing and continuous integration

• Contribute to an open and inclusive engineering culture where ideas are valued and shared

Required Skills

• Strong interest or experience in software engineering and open source technologies

• Knowledge of or willingness to learn Python Golang or similar programming languages

• Curiosity creativity and a problem-solving mindset

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a global and distributed team
