This role sits within our Legal & Compliance team who provide trusted advice on alllegal matters affecting the Universityand upholds the Universitys Legislative Compliance Framework.
Why Your Role Matters:
The UNSW Intellectual Property (IP) & Commercialisation team supports the University in all areas of intellectual property research and commercialisation legal matters.
In this role you will provide sound practical legal support in a professional timely and effective manner. Support the University in navigating commercial and IP-related matters ranging from the review of research funding IP agreements and clinical agreements to establishing unincorporated research centres hubs & affiliations.
You will play an integral role in thereview development and implementation of innovative and creative Legal strategies and programs to build capability working closely with a client group or on an organisational level.
