Sales Business Director

Company:

The Boeing Company is looking for a Sales and Marketing Business Director to join the BCA Commercial Sales & Marketing team based out of Renton Washington.

The Commercial Sales & Marketing team is responsible for the sale of Boeings commercial airplanes and services. We maintain close relationships with airlines and leasing customers across the world.

Position Responsibilities:

• Role reports to the Regional Sales Vice President
• Interface with airline customer organizations at the senior executive level.
• Support teams specific strategies for key customers and for the region identify opportunities required resources and executive involvement plan.
• Ability to develop strong customer relationships across all levels of customer government involvement and Boeing.
• Able to Independently develop and execute an integrated BCA Sales Strategy.
• Establish mentoring relationships for people interested in Sales and Marketing
• Represent the region at senior levels including Programs and the BCA Sales senior leadership team.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 5 years or recent experience working in the BCA Sales & Marketing domain.
• Effective time management communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in team building leading cross-functional teams motivating and engaging team member and inspiring work groups through daily interactions.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Experience leading people.
• Ability to establish and maintain a superior working relationship with the support teams- i.e Marketing Contracts and Revenue Management organizations.
• Experience with event planning.
• Strong understanding of the BCA selling process.
• Strong BCA and Services Product knowledge.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $193800 - $245000.
