Job Summary
Were looking for an Attribution Analyst to join our Performance & Attribution team. Youll play a key role in delivering high-quality attribution analysis across a range of strategies including LDI Multi-Asset and Fixed Income. This is an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment contribute to innovative solutions and make a real impact on how we serve our clients.
What youll be doing:
- Producing and developing attribution analysis across LDI Multi-Asset and Fixed Income strategies
- Designing and implementing enhancements to LDI and Multi-Asset attribution models
- Translating complex client requirements into scalable solutions using Python and Excel
- Participating in meetings with fund managers strategists and product specialists
- Seeking to understand and meet client requirements
- Ensuring appropriate controls and procedures are in place within the team
- Sharing knowledge and collaborating with colleagues
- Staying informed about markets investments methodologies and LGIM products
Qualifications :
Who were looking for:
- Degree-level education preferably in a quantitative subject
- An understanding of Python would be beneficial
- Good understanding of bond mathematics
- Experience with version control systems such as GitHub (advantageous)
- Knowledge of the investment management industry
- Genuine interest in financial markets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly
