We are looking for a Social Service Director who can help support the physical emotional and social needs of our residents. This role is a key part of our care team-helping create a welcoming person-centered environment completing psychosocial assessments coordinating needed services and supporting residents in reaching their highest level of well-being. The director also guides the day-to-day operations of the social services department and its programs.

Qualifications:

• current social work certification in the state of Wisconsin
• excellent communication and listening skills
• ability to organize and prioritize effectively
• bachelors degree in social work or related health care field is preferred
