Position Overview

We are hiring Remote Customer Support Specialists to help our operations team assist clients manage appointments support customer inquiries and deliver a positive experience through phone email and online messaging.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support through phone email and chat

  • Assist clients with appointment scheduling and service coordination

  • Enter and update client information accurately in the system

  • Manage follow-ups reminders and outreach messages

Schedule
