Provide customer support through phone email and chat
Assist clients with appointment scheduling and service coordination
Respond to service-related questions availability and general inquiries
Enter and update client information accurately in the system
Manage follow-ups reminders and outreach messages

Support day-to-day administrative and operations tasks
