- Develop a strong understanding of our organizations goals and develop a schedule for training programs that are aligned with them including inviting participants to the training tracking participation and putting it into the system.
- Manage maintain and track training evaluations effectiveness assessments and return on investment metrics.
- Input and upload training session attendance data into the system.
- Assist with administrative activities such as monitoring training class planning system and equipment setup and record management.
- Use effective project management to achieve excellent job results.
- Improve jobs and processes with creative solutions.
- Assist with administrative activities in the Group Management such as monitoring training class planning system and equipment setup and record management.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in related fields
- Experience with training design & development and project management is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Analytical skills and conceptual thinking with creativity and team spirit
- Multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Being proactive & flexible in a change-oriented environment with a sense of responsibility and quality
- Good communication skills in English
