We are seeking a Finance Manager to support our Corporate Accounting Team in managing the General Ledger function. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accounting records in line with corporate policies.
- Oversee monthly quarterly and yearly General Ledger closing activities including:
- Revaluation accruals intercompany reconciliation
- OneStream reporting and appendices
- Balance sheet and bank reconciliation
- IFRS adjustments and preparation of management reports
- Prepare financial statements audit schedules and respond to audit queries.
- Handle tax matters including corporate tax GST VAT withholding tax and ensure timely filings.
- Support payroll bookkeeping and related audit schedules.
- Collaborate with auditors tax agents and bankers to meet compliance requirements.
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For
- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Strong expertise in corporate accounting statutory audit and corporate taxation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sun ERP; knowledge of OneStream/Kyriba is an advantage.
- Excellent understanding of accounting standards.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across diverse cultures.
- Organized detail-oriented and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
