Type: Non-Exempt

Work Schedule: Full-time

Compensation: $38.94 - $38.94/hour

Tessera is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Logistics/Warehouse Coordinator to support the daily operations of our warehouse and logistics functions. This role is responsible for coordinating the receipt storage and distribution of materials and supplies while ensuring accuracy efficiency and compliance with company procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Typical duties include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.

  • Manage inventory levels conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.

  • Maintain accurate records of all warehouse transactions including shipping receiving and inventory movements.

  • Ensure materials and equipment are stored safely and in compliance with safety standards.

  • Communicate effectively with vendors delivery drivers and internal departments to schedule shipments and resolve issues.

  • Prepare shipping documentation labels and packing lists.

  • Monitor and track freight costs assisting with logistics planning and cost control.

  • Maintain a clean organized and safe warehouse environment.

  • Support asset tracking and equipment check-out/check-in procedures.

  • Assist in implementing warehouse process improvements and operational efficiency strategies.

  • Follow and enforce all Tessera policies and procedures related to safety logistics and inventory management.

  • Perform regular audits of inventory to ensure accuracy and minimize loss.

  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance of warehouse equipment and tools.

  • Maintain up-to-date inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS).

  • Provide support during audits or inventory inspections.

Qualifications:

  • Highschool Diploma/GED is .

  • Minimum of 3 years warehouse/logistics experience.

  • An equivalent combination of experience and education allowed.

Physical Requirements:

Employees must have the ability to perform the following physical demands for extended periods of time with or without assistance. The physical demands of this position may be reasonably accommodated for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions on a case-by-case basis.

  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 70 pounds.

  • May be to reach kneel walk stand and use repetitive motion for several hours at a time based on position duties.

  • Work may require repetitive motion reaching lifting kneeling and walking. Standing or sitting for several hours at a time climbing in and out of a vehicle and up and down stairs may also be .

  • Must have the perseverance to work effectively under pressure for extended periods of time.

Requirements:

  • A valid state drivers license is with the ability to obtain and maintain coverage by Tesseras insurance.
