WMS experience is optional but highly desirable.
Job Description
- 7 years of professional engineering experience (mix of startup large company preferred).
- Strong expertise inRetail / Supply Chain systemsand solutioning usingManhattan Blue Yonder or any leading WMSplatforms.
- Ability to influenceBuy vs Builddecisions for supply chain technology modules.
- Hands-on involvement in software transformation initiatives at scale.
- Experience withlarge-scale cloud-native event-drivenarchitectures.
- Strong coding skills inJavaand Java-based ecosystems.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Mandatory: Ability to work3 days per week onsite at the Bangalorecustomer location.
- Design build and optimize scalableJava / Spring-based microservicesfor large retail or supply chain systems.
- Develop and integrate solutions acrossWMS platforms (Manhattan Blue Yonder Infor etc.)and other supply chain technologies.
- Architect cloud-ready systems with experience inGCP (preferred)or AWS/Azure ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Work ondistributed microservice architectures async messagingKafka and event-driven design.
- Build refactor and enhance backend services with strongJava Spring Boot REST/GraphQL and database expertise (SQL NoSQL).
- Deploy and manage services usingDocker Kubernetes CI/CD and cloud-native tooling.
- Participate in architecture discussions design reviews performance optimization and production readiness activities.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues provide technical leadership and mentor team members.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to design supply chain workflows and influenceBuy vs Builddecisions.
- Ensure high-quality code delivery with focus on monitoring documentation scalability and maintainability.
