We have an exciting opportunity at nbn for a Manager DevSecOps OSS Assure. This role will report to the Executive Manager for OSS Assure technology domain and play a central part in shaping the delivery and operational excellence of our agile teams.

A bit about your role

As the Manager DevSecOps OSS Assure you will guide a high-performing agile team through the full software delivery lifecycle ensuring quality security and reliability are embedded from the outset. You will be responsible for managing the team backlog planning and executing delivery and maintaining system health through proactive problem & incident management. Your leadership will ensure technical delivery is efficient operationally stable and sustainable with a strong focus on continuous improvement and collaboration across teams and stakeholders.

You will also lead and nurture a team of talented individuals supporting their growth through regular feedback professional development and inclusive performance management. As Scrum Master following frameworks of Enterprise Technology Delivery you will facilitate agile ceremonies coach the team in agile practices and foster a culture of learning and shared purpose. Your role will be instrumental in enabling fast low-risk releases through robust CI/CD practices and in driving value through clear metrics stakeholder engagement and alignment with broader program goals.

You bring a collaborative mindset and a genuine commitment to building inclusive resilient teams. Your technical acumen is matched by your ability to communicate clearly coach effectively and respond with empathy and clarity in high-pressure situations.

You thrive in complex environments and are energised by the opportunity to solve problems streamline delivery and build systems that serve people. You understand the importance of telemetry automation and design thinking in delivering secure scalable solutions.
