Role Overview

OWS on-site work needs to check tools and equipment before engine maintenance starts and use tools and equipment correctly and take care of them during engine maintenance.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Working under Technician authorization:
    • Carry out engine maintenance per approved maintenance manuals and other applicable technical data.
    • Check tools and equipment before engine maintenance starts.
    • Use tools and equipment correctly and take care of them during engine maintenance.
    • Fill maintenance records and log personal working hours.
    • Identify and check components parts and material status and tag them as necessary.
    • Tidy working area and use facilities properly.
  • Working under Inspector authorization:
    • Inspect required inspection items and ensure them meeting the quality standard.
    • Ensure maintenance tasks carried out per approved maintenance manuals and other applicable technical data.
    • Fill maintenance records and log personal working hours.
    • Ensure the maintenance record filled correctly.
    • Ensure engine maintenance is being carried out only when tools/equipment and the environment fulfill relative requirements.
    • Ensure all components parts and materials installed on engines meet the quality standard.
    • Complete OJT as the instructor per working assignments.
  • Understand and follow quality and safety procedures.
  • Report quality and safety concerns in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications

  • Will Graduate from full-time college or above in a Science or Engineering major in 2026.
  • Candidates with CCAR-66R3 TA license and pass Maintenance Technical English Level 3 or above preferred.
  • Candidates with working experience on aircraft engine overhaul or quick turn preferred.
  • Candidates with hands-on working experience in engine Borescope Inspection preferred.
  • Candidates with Engine OEM training experience preferred.
  • Candidates with training instructor experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Approach work with a can-do attitude and a sense of commitment to both team and customer objectives
  • Willing team player attitude strong communication skills and problem solving ability are a must
  • Possess a desire to learn and grow with advances in technology
