Position Overview 岗位概述

We are seeking a skilled PCT Technician to join our Maintenance team in Shenzhen. This role is responsible for ensuring optimal equipment performance and maintenance across seven production lines.

Key Responsibilities 主要职责

Independently execute and manage annual preventive maintenance schedules 独立执行和管理年度预防性维护计划

Provide timely troubleshooting and equipment failure resolution 及时进行故障排查和设备维修

Monitor and support SIB (Stay in Business) projects implementation 监督和支持SIB项目的实施

Maintain equipment downtime below 1.5% through effective maintenance strategies 通过有效的维护策略将设备停机时间控制在1.5%以下

Requirements 任职要求

Education 教育背景

• Vocational school graduate in Electrical Instrumentation or related technical field
• 电气仪表或相关技术领域的职业学校毕业

Professional Qualifications 专业资质

• Valid electrician license required
• 必须持有有效的电工证

Experience 工作经验

• Minimum 5 years of electromechanical equipment maintenance experience
• 至少5年机电设备维护经验

Technical Skills 技术能力

• Strong expertise in industrial equipment maintenance and repair
• 精通工业设备维护和维修
• Proficient in preventive maintenance procedures
• 熟练掌握预防性维护程序
