Service Delivery Specialist Network & Security is part of IT Global IT Operations. Itss purpose is to ensure that all IT Services related to support activities for the critical Data Center environment are delivered effectively and efficiently ensuring business service improvement initiatives are part of the scope of the role in order to bring efficiency and improvement the customers environment.
The Service Delivery Specialist needs to ensure support and troubleshooting including enhancements requests management and prioritization in the Network / Security domain.
Main responsibilities:
Act as Subject Matter Expert in the IT Security domain. Act as Expert in the cross-section Domain of Network and Security
Support day to day operation of the in-place security solution.
Identification investigation and resolution of security breaches detected by those systems.
Implementation of new security solutions
Ongoing support of security solutions and measures
Participation in the creation and or maintenance of policies standards baselines guidelines and procedures as well as conducting vulnerability audits and assessments.
Support network Security layer: Firewalls IDS Intrusion protection and prevention
Resolve Security findings and act on actions identified by the LDC Security L3 team. Example of top triggers: Security Tools findings/tests/recommendations User reported Azure Defender recommendations Audit findings New Security Policy implementations.
Certificate management
Ad-hock support request incoming from Business Management or upper level (L3) of support
Main requirements:
Proven experience in Support Function in Security Services domain (5 Years). Preferable 2 years of experience to be in Azure Cloud Service domain.
Proved experience in Support Function in Network Services domain (3 Years).
Experience as Security Analyst/Engineer and Network Advanced Maintenance Support in a very diverse IT landscape.
Knowledge of Datacenter infrastructure technologies.
Proven experience in production environments / critical operations.
Desire to develop himself more in Security domain aspects.
Passion for network technology and service-oriented mindset is must.

Enterprise Network Management and Security:
FortiGate / Checkpoint Firewalls and IDS
Certificate management and managing Secure/encrypted network communication channels
Network assets delivering security features - Proxy / FW / WAF / IDS / VPN GW
Azure Cloud network UDR / Load Balancer / Azure Virtual Networking
Azure Security tools: Sentinel Defender
Non-Azure Security tools: Nessus
Technical certification (each is considered strong plus):
Cisco CCNP certification
CompTIA Security
GIAC Information Security Fundamentals
CISSP / Associate of (ISC)2
Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator: Security (nice to have)
AZ-900 (Azure Fundamentals)
AZ-500 (Microsoft Azure Security Technologies)
