Schedule: MondayFriday (No Nights. No Weekends. No Holidays.)

Compensation: Competitive base aggressive bonus structure - Total Compensation Range - $75k-$100k

AutoShop Recruiting is partnered with a reputable multi-location automotive repair group in the Raleigh/Durham market seeking a high-octane Service Advisorsomeone who doesnt hide behind the counter doesnt babysit a stool and isnt afraid to get in the bay check in on vehicles collaborate with techs and close deals all day long. This is a family-oriented values-driven operation where Advisors are leaders on the front lines: educating customers driving sales maintaining workflow and helping the shop operate at peak performance. What Youll Do

This is an in-the-trenches role. Youll:

Greet customers listen actively and build trust quickly
Perform detailed walk-arounds and verify vehicle concerns hands-on
Stay in the bays with the technicians to understand recommendations thoroughly
Present estimates with confidence and close at a high percentage
Communicate clearly with customers throughout the repair process
Drive sales while maintaining the highest level of integrity
Manage workflow efficiently to support both customers and technicians
Deliver a world-class service experience that keeps customers coming back

What Were Looking For

We need a Service Advisor who thrives in a high-energy boots-on-the-ground environment:

Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or Writer
Strong closing skills you know how to overcome objections and build value
Comfortable being in the bays interacting with techs and verifying concerns
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Organized proactive and great at controlling the front counter
A positive team-first attitude
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
