DescriptionAn Identity and Access Management (IAM) Governance Analyst is responsible for ensuring that access rights are precisely aligned with business needs regulatory compliance and security best practices. The analyst will collaborate extensively with stakeholders across business units IT risk and compliance teams and technical support to facilitate a seamless and secure user experience. A key component of this role is supporting the onboarding of applications into SailPoint our enterprise identity platform and ensuring that these integrations are robust compliant and addition to supporting the onboarding of applications into SailPoint success in this role also involves effectively managing and maintaining business roles.
Your responsibilities & duties
- Identifying and defining business roles within the organization to ensure that access is granted appropriately and securely.
- Familiarity with identity lifecycle management access provisioning and compliance frameworks
- Support the integration and onboarding of new and existing applications into the SailPoint platfor
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of IAM policies processes and controls promoting a culture of security awareness and continuous improvement.
- Support internal and external audits by providing evidence of access reviews and certifications as needed.
- Serve as a point of contact for user access issues providing guidance troubleshooting and training as needed.
You must have
- Thorough understanding of identity lifecycle processes role-based access control (RBAC) attribute-based access control (ABAC) and directory services.
- Experience with IDAM tools and platforms (e.g. SailPoint IdentityIQ IdentityNow or similar is highly desirable).
- Experience in identity and access management (IAM) compliance or IT audit is highly desirable
- Strong analytical problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Prior experience in an identity governance compliance or access management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Will be considered an asset:
Professional certifications in IAM governance or cybersecurity (such as CISM CISSP or similar).
