The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports QVC HSN and CBI with the recruiting interviewing and hiring processes for high-volume and full lift cycle support roles within the contact center operation.

Where Youll Work

This role is remote; job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: Florida Georgia Boise Idaho area North Carolina South Carolina Tennessee Texas Virginia Pennsylvania New Jersey or Delaware.
Youll report to the CS&E Operations Manager.

What Youll Do

Screen and fill open positions using TA technologies and online recruiting resources.
Manage candidate and hiring manager communications to guarantee a quality experience and updates.
Regular management and communication of candidates and hiring managers to keep them informed by email or Teams and to provide a quality Candidate / Client experience.
Develop and implement recruiting plans and sourcing strategies.

What Youll Bring

Degree or equivalent experience in a related field
2 years of recruiting experience in high-volume environments
Proficiency with recruiting systems sourcing techniques and employment laws
Experience with full-cycle recruiting from sourcing candidates to the interview and hiring process
