Personal Lines Account Executive
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Executive to join a growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a large well-established brokerage firm that values professional growth and development. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in personal lines insurance a passion for client service and the ability to manage accounts from start to finish.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $50000 - $60000 annually

Responsibilities
- Provide A-Z servicing for standard personal lines accounts ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
- Manage both new and renewal business including quoting and policy issuance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients carriers and internal teams.
- Utilize Epic software to manage accounts and ensure accurate documentation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal lines insurance.
- Proficiency in Epic software is preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional office environment.
