Personal Lines Senior Associate Client Representative
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Lines Senior Associate Client Representative to join a team. This role is integral to providing exceptional client service and ensuring the seamless management of personal lines insurance accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal property and casualty insurance a deep understanding of insurance coverages and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $59000 - $64000 annually
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including 401(k)
- Work Environment: In-office position
Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities (60% or more of time):
- Evaluate exposures and renewal quotes.
- Review upcoming renewals and determine accounts requiring remarketing.
- Provide coverage recommendations to clients.
- Utilize comparative rater tools to obtain quotes.
- Manage agency billing processes where applicable.
- Obtain signed binding documents and notify carriers.
- Review binding documents for accuracy.
- Conduct contract reviews.
- Identify opportunities to expand client accounts and cross-sell additional services.
Other Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate account details contacts and policy information in EPIC.
- Process renewals endorsements acknowledgments cancellations and proofs of insurance.
- Organize and manage documents in EPIC.
- Initiate endorsements proofs of insurance and invoices.
- Generate standard communications to clients and carriers using templates and system tools.
- Create and assign activities in EPIC.
- Pull relevant reports such as MVR CLUES Risk Meters RCE etc. as needed.
Qualifications/Requirements
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Personal Property & Casualty insurance with a comprehensive understanding of insurance coverages.
Professional Licenses/Certifications:
- Active state Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
Essential Skills/Competencies:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas charts and tables) Word and other MS Office products.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology platforms.
- Proficiency in agency management systems and carrier sites.
- Strong customer service skills with a hands-on personal approach.
- Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build trust with peers and clients.
- In-depth understanding of client requirements competitive market trends and industry standards.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address complex situations.
- Ability to develop and implement short- and long-term strategies to meet client and business needs.
