Introduction:

We are a nationwide mortgage lender specializing in FHA VA USDA Loans. Our Headquarters are located in Henderson NV. We are a lender/servicer who works with loan originators brokers and correspondents to offer our customers great rates and good terms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspections: Conducting regular inspections per investor guide to assess the propertys condition and identify any issues.
• Maintenance: Coordinating and ensuring necessary maintenance tasks are performed such as lawn care cleaning and minor repairs.
• Security: Ensuring the security of the property which includes lock changes boarding up windows and addressing any safety hazards.
• Rehabilitation: Working with the Loss Draft department for insurable damages and undertaking more significant repairs or renovations to prepare the property for resale or conveyance.

• Communication: Maintaining clear communication with our field vendors and other internal departments regarding the propertys status and any necessary actions.
• Compliance: Ensuring that all work is compliant with insuring agencies as well as local state and federal regulations.

Basic Qualifications:

• Proven experience with problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Windows and Google Workspace
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Specific Qualifications:

• Some construction knowledge is a plus
