This global role offers an outstanding chance to work in an ambitious and fast paced technology environment focusing on IT infrastructure and network services procurement vendor relationship management contract administration billing optimization and asset management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead quoting and purchasing processes for technology infrastructure connectivity and network services.
- Foster and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure efficient service delivery and optimal cost.
- Coordinate and administer contracts ensuring compliance and alignment with company AOP planning and policies.
- Optimize billing processes to ensure accuracy and cost-effectiveness.
- Utilize PowerBI dashboards to perform data analysis gather interpret and present findings that support optimization and service improvement efforts.
- Manage asset management activities to track and handle company assets effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and service delivery.
- Apply Jira for tracking and managing tasks and projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain Management Information Technology or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in supplier operations procurement or a similar role in the technology or telecommunications industry.
- Experience or understanding of technology infrastructure and network operations is desirable.
- Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal with a strong command of the English language.
- Strong knowledge and experience with the Atlassian Jira suite.
- Proven experience in technology procurement contract administration and vendor management.
- Proficiency in PowerBI is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
