Label Program Manager

Job Summary:

The Label Program Manager is responsible for supporting and growing existing client relationships and providing clinical label subject matter expertise on new clients. The position holder has regular client meetings (face to face and virtual) to explain and define process and provide best possible solution for the projects. They attend bid defenses and other sales calls to support the sales team in winning studies.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Sales Team as Subject Matter expert

  • Develop study label solution

  • On boarding new clients (perform first studies to define process)

  • Host client meetings

  • Take care of label key accounts

  • Escalation point for new clients and key account

  • Coordinate Label Studies between the different label departments

  • Training of packaging teams (globally)

  • Creates and/or supports creation of Label Specifications Label proofs and print documentation using internal systems (CMAP)

  • Provides support in the project management team

  • Responsible for quote correctness and financial forecasting

  • Monitors project activities and day to day business as well as establishment of a customer approved Job Specification

  • Collects all the information on a study design including correct label texts and all other relevant information.

  • Coordinates shipments through the logistics department

  • Responsible to log issues into Trackwise and work on the investigation

  • Applies Good Manufacturing Principles in all areas

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Good understanding of clinical trial setup and related international regulatory

  • Excellent organizational planning verbal written and numerical skills with the ability to analyze and define solutions and manage multiple tasks to meet strict deadlines.

  • Strong and effective communicator with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and clients.

  • Ability to develop strong customer relationship; proactively anticipates understands and responds to the needs of clients to meet or exceed their expectations.

Education / Experience:

  • Accredited college university or recognized professional degree preferably in a health related field.

  • 2-3 years of successful experience in project management as a Project Manager or equivalent

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to include excellent relationship building.

  • Strong proficiency in using digital tools and software (i.e. Microsoft Excel Powerpoint Salesforce Trackwise).

  • Proven experience with customers in a dynamic environment.

  • Excellent communication organizational skills and project co-ordination skills.
