What Youll Do

• Lead strategic Medical Affairs initiatives for the OncologyBiosimilars portfolio ensuring scientific excellence and global alignment.

• Collaborate across functions (medical R&D marketing) to deliver innovative solutions and launch excellence.

• Provide expert guidance on clinical study proposals publication planning and regulatory documentation.

• Support field teams and Medical Science Liaisons with tools and strategies for effective engagement.

• Drive KOL engagement and contribute to promotional material development with scientific accuracy and compliance.

• Support portfolio expansion through medical evaluation of licensing and acquisition opportunities.

What Were Looking For

• Education: Medical Doctor degree or PhD/. in life sciences.

• Experience:

  • Hands-on experience in clinical trials or medical research within pharma or academia.

  • Strong knowledge of oncology hematology or immunology; biologics/biosimilars experience preferred.

  • Proven expertise in KOL management and scientific society engagement.

  • Prior regional or global medical roles highly desirable.

• Skills: Excellent communication strategic thinking and ability to work in diverse multicultural teams.

• Languages: English fluency required; additional languages are an asset.
