Job Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage transition of portfolio project demand resource and financial data during cutover
Support validation and migration of data from legacy PPM tools or spreadsheets into ServiceNow SPM
Coordinate user provisioning dashboard/report setup and portfolio hierarchy alignment
Support freeze/unfreeze planning for project and demand data
Ensure project governance workflows are live and active post-cutover
Liaise with PMO and IT stakeholders to align project statuses pre- and post-Go-Live

QUALIFICATIONS

4-6 years working with ServiceNow including at least 2 years on the SPM module
Hands-on experience with data migration demand & project setup and resource management in ServiceNow
Familiarity with Agile Hybrid and Waterfall project types in the SPM suite
Knowledge of ServiceNow tables import sets and reporting/dashboarding
Bonus: Experience with phased cutovers or dual-running PPM systems
