Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead Therapist with a strong background in Physiotherapy and Advanced Spa Therapies to join a premium medical-wellness environment. This senior role combines clinical physiotherapy manual therapies aesthetic treatments and technology-based body therapies while also leading therapy standards and supporting team development.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver physiotherapy manual therapy and advanced body & facial treatments
Design integrated treatment plans aligned with medical and longevity programs
Operate approved aesthetic and body-contouring technologies
Lead therapy quality standards and support training of junior therapists
Collaborate closely with doctors nurses and wellness professionals
Ensure compliance with clinical governance safety and hygiene standards
Provide a high-end personalized client experience

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Physiotherapy
Valid SCFHS Physiotherapist license
Recognized certifications in spa massage or aesthetic therapies
5 years experience in physiotherapy medical spa or wellness environments
BLS certification (mandatory)
Fluent in English (Arabic preferred)
