Job Summary
Are you communicative enjoy chatting with people and want to build a solid income from the comfort of your home Then this role is for you.
We are an international remote team managing exciting digital platforms. Our focus is on community building customer retention and digital sales. To expand our team we are looking for motivated Chat Representatives who want to grow with us.
Tasks
Your responsibilities:
- Engage in written communication with new and existing customers on digital platforms
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Support customers with a sales-driven approach and upselling
- Work independently while following clear processes and guidelines
Requirements
Your profile:
- Excellent written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong communicator reliable and motivated
- Flexible with working hours (part-time or full-time )
- Previous experience in sales customer support or social media is an advantage but not required
