We are looking for a Lead Planner to support our customer in Boden.
This is a full-time consultancy role involves close collaboration with the client and their project teams which requires strong flexibility communication skills and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.

The role provides the option to work partly on-site and partly remotely.
Lead Planner
In this role you will join the customers Project Services team in Boden. Reporting to the Planning Manager you will take ownership of the project schedule for a designated area within the Boden project. You will coordinate and oversee planning activities across all project phases and collaborate with engineering procurement construction and commissioning teams to ensure efficient scheduling and the achievement of key project milestones.
The project includes:
760 MW H₂ production facility
2.1 MM MT DRI production facility
2.5 MM MT steelmaking and CSP facility
Various cold finishing facilities
Plant power distribution grid
Plant infrastructure and water systems
Responsibilities
Supervise and support EPCM guiding planning and forecasting to align with overall project objectives.
Manage and control the Area Master Schedule and progress reporting.
Proactively interface with engineering procurement construction and commissioning teams.
Prepare detailed planning analyses reports and schedule updates.
Collaborate with area managers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment across schedules.
Qualifications
Degree in Engineering or a related field.
810 years of experience in project planning preferably in large-scale projects.
Strong project management skills including the ability to manage schedules budgets and resources.
Expertise in identifying and mitigating schedule risks.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and strong knowledge of planning best practices.
Experience working on mega projects with proven ability to manage complexity.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
